New redistribution rule

Due to the lack of clarity on my part, there seem to have been some misunderstanding and miscommunication between us and our users.
In order to eliminate further misunderstandings, the redistribution rule will be refined to as follows:
DO NOT UPLOAD OUR FANSUBS TO ANY VIDEO BROADCASTING SITE.
(Fansubs include softsubs and hardsubbed files, and video broadcasting sites include but not limited to: youtube, veoh, etc.)
Do not sell our fansubs (ie. charging users for downloads/bandwidth to get our videos, putting our videos into DVD(-video) and auctioning them on eBay).
Please do not alter our fansub work (altering includes: editing our subs or cutting short excepts of our videos and reposting them).
Please do not "borrow" our fansub work without permission (borrowing includes: using and/or copying a portion of our translations and using them as your own).
If you redistribute our hardsubbed files, please credit SUBlimes and post a link back to our blog or the d-addicts forum.
If you want to post the softsubs elsewhere, you can directly use the subtitles download links posted at d-addicts, such as: http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/download.php?id=15189
Please DO NOT hardsub our subtitles and redistribute them without permission.
For hardsubbed files, please DO NOT re-encode and add any type of logo onto them. Please redistribute the file as is.
They will be further refined if necessary.

can i have your permission to redistribute your hardsubs or softsubs (not sure which drama yet) and of course, i'll credit you and just give a direct link to the sofsubs
^^No. Its NOT OK to upload on crunchyroll.

This means not only youtube and veoh only, but also sites such as crunchyroll.
I am pretty sure fufu has already explicitly stated what she mean in the post. I have no idea why you're asking if its ok to upload on crunchyroll when the answer to the question is SO OBVIOUS. I am pretty sure that SUBlimes do provide enough channels (youtube and veoh) for our viewers to enjoy watching the video even if they don't wish to download it. We see no reason why it has to be uploaded onto crunchyroll especially since the site requires viewers to 'donate' if they want to download our videos.
I take this opportunity again to remind everyone NOT to upload our videos onto crunchyroll. Also, I would like to thank those who have been supporting us all and patiently waiting for our releases. :)

^ @whitebox: We have asked viewers to stop uploading our videos to crunchyroll and have contacted crunchyroll mods to not accept videos subbed by SUBlimes multiple times, but it seems like people are doing it still... *sigh*
That the people blatantly say that they have our permission to upload it... (which I just noticed) with a nice big banner from us... Gahh!!
Thank you for your consideration whitebox. We have already been talking to the mods at cunchyroll and hopefully the matter will be resolved soon.
Can I embed the veoh file in my blog (which usually shows only 5 minutes of the video)? Readers will be directed to the actual veoh files that Sublime uploaded there if they want to continue watching.
