It looks like AkumaX had already released the episode last night and completed seeding it. However, it seems like d-addicts has been down for a few hours, which means the tracker is also unreachable at this time. Not to worry, the torrent is STILL alive, as long as you get connected through the DHT network. Here's the torrent for those who are interested:

I think you somehow messed up with the file description. The first MU link is the real ep 12. The second one I think is the Romantic pricess.
I just wonder if Sublime will sub the BTS ? I heard that there are the BTS after each episode (but i forgot they were from which episode)
