To all the posters that have left rude and undue comments, consider the fact that this is JUNE, meaning that all our highly educated subbers etc are in the middle of high school mid-years or college/uni finals. This also means that we're already EXTREMELY frustrated and any rude complaints will just increase frustration and decrease subbing output.
I dont really post anything this is my fist time and i feel like i would like to defend in the honour of sublime even though i am not the big fan of u yet cause the only serie that subed and watched by me is Hana Kimi and possibly this one. Anyway, all the rudes comments here i have to accept that u guys r just the plain plain stupid unrespectful person. U know that Sublime do a favor for u guys for free out of their free time. U have a right to complain about it? U dont even bother to pay... if u want a right to complain, u have to pay for a real translator to translate this serie for u...ok? Or u better learn chinese yourself and do the translating yourself.. BTW keep up the good work Sublime i will support u all the way....

Just wanted to chime in and say thanks for all the effort you guys are putting into encoding and translating. I attempted to translate once and it took a very long time. I've done some encoding on my own and it really takes forever too, especially if one is really picky and want the result to be as perfect as can be. I just recently started watching the series, and even though I can understand chinese, I love the quality of your releases which is why I download them.
Please don't let all those discouragers bring you down. Unfortunately that's how our world is. There will always be haters, and there will always be negative people out there who try to bring you down.

To people who are waiting for our subs: I guess you still have to wait a little longer because if people constantly coming to this blog to demand for our subs, the longer the subs will come out. I saw that most of our subs are done, and fufu said she was going to take on Corner With Love, but some demanding people were/are just abusing our fansubs and do not know how to appreciate our subs. The more people complain, the more they'll get nothing from us. So keep on complaining and NOTHING will be released.

oh wow, haven't really been here for awhile. Let's get this straight, we are not forcing you to watch our subs. If you feel that you are unsatisfied in any way, please quietly surf out of this cyberspace. It is wrong to think that you have to get English subtitles here.
To be honest, I don't understand why anyone would go to an idol's site that they don't like and bash the idol. Sure, I don't mind if you MUST express your hatred against us. After all, you are allowed to do that, and since you took the time to post it, our subbers will also spend their time to read it.
I'd like to make a correction. You are right, bad comments shouldn't stop us from subbing this, and it has not stopped us from subbing this drama. However, we have decided to hold off on public releases.
wow. You know there is nothing like the internet to show me how many rude, inconsiderate, spiteful, ungrateful, immature, (oh and I could go on) people there are in this world. It is very very frustrating.
Oh and the number of "anonymous" posters, that feel they can be rude, who are unable to sympathize with the FANS (yes FANS - they aren't PAID to do this!) who work on this website to provide english subtitles, which are of a very high quality!

I also wanted to mention that I really appreciate the little notes that you put on to explain chinese sayings etc. I am teaching myself Chinese at the moment and watching Asian dramas with fansubs really heaps me learn.

Thank you SUBLines, and this is sincere. I have enjoyed, loved, appreciated and have patiently waited... but truth be told, 3 months of absence is quite long. Please don't get me wrong as this is not criticism, and I know everyone has their own lives and that this is for fun... but starting a project, doing it half done, and taking a long absence is problably the cause for all the negative comments - and even more now that you have completed it, and are refusing to publish :( However in the end, i still thank and appreciate ALL your hard work... i will continue to wait as paitiently as i still can :)
I sincerely doubt they've finished with the project. At most, they've finished episode 9.
The truth is they are painfully slow. That's why they were getting negative comments. Everyone realizes you have lives, everyone is grateful for your work but when you announce you're working on a project, even though it's free and you're showcasing your fanwork, the fans expect timeliness. Is that too much to ask for? Is that too much to expect because you're doing it as a hobby?
You are slow and you cannot take criticism. So because it's a hobby, everyone has to kiss your asses and tell you how much they love you? And if you're very slow no one can grumble? If you release the subs and no one bothers to download, wouldn't you be unhappy? Otherwise, why do you rejoice when your downloads are on the most downloaded list?
Since you announced your so-called break, even though I doubt those subs were completed earlier than 5 or 6 weeks after the last release, people have come to praise you yet to refuse to release the subs.
Be mature and own your role in this matter - you are not an efficient group at all. That's why people get impatient and make rude comments. Please stop picking up dramas so that other groups can pick them up and us fans can get to enjoy our shows without all this unnecessary drama.
I am not watching CWL so this doesn't affect me directly but my heart broke when I heard you'd chosen to sub Romantic Princess (thus preventing another willing group from picking it up) because judging from your history with this show and others, it will take you ages to sub it. Yes, we like quality subs but other subgroups manage to provide them in a timely fashion. Please leave the subbing to other groups who understand what humility and efficiency entail.
Ah, the drama! SUBlimes, although sarcastic comments are generally not my style, I applaud your approach to this situation! There are many different types of people in the world. Some are those who work hard and go out of their way to help others (it seems to me that this SUBlimes group falls into that category). Unfortunately, not everyone is as thoughtful. Some other people free-load off of other people's hard work, with no understanding of the process, or appreciation for the "blood, sweat, and tears" that have gone into the finished product. These people are to be pitied, for the rewards of success at creating something great, are much higher than the satisfaction of typing up a rude remark. It is actually quite sad that none of them can feel as happy as those who have worked hard to achieve a goal!
To SUBlimes, thank you, thank you, for all your hard work. Language has always been an interest of mine, and I particularly enjoy your subs because they help to define slang that is otherwise not found in typical dictionaries. I do hope that you do not take negative comments too seriously, as you know how much support you have out here! Also, you have become quite a popular site, and will most likely receive flamers no matter what you do. I'm not sure if this would work for you, but I like to just ignore people that are rude to me, because I know that if I act like what they say effects me, they will feel like they have power over me and continue their behavior. I know it seems counter productive to reward those who do not deserve it, but I also think at some point, it makes more sense to just not care and just keep going. When that time is, I have no idea, but I'm sure you guys will make the right decision when the time comes! Thank you thank you for all your hard work! It has made a significant impact on my quest to learn many new languages!
I strongly agree with OAOS... its about completing the project in leisure... but more importantly, a TIMELY FASHION. 3 months is super long even for one episode to be finished. honestly, its quite hard to fully appreciate a half-done job... whats the point in starting something and not feel motivated enough to complete the showcase?

hello SUBlimes! jus dropped by today cuz i was curious w/ the progress of CWL...i noticed that ppl still haven't cut it out w/ the flaming. n i'm getting really pissed about it, cuz (honestly,) im a selfish dLer who really wants to watch the rest of the series n they keep delaying things, haha~ so to ppl who come here jus to leave short, brainless, stupid comments, please stfu. if u're REALLY dying to see the nex episode, go learn chinese. or pick up another drama. if u've already watched every drama in existence, go do something useful w/ urself. even tho some of u might find it hard to believe, there's actually a lot more to life than watching dramas.
even tho i don't agree with a lot of the things oaos says, i do agree on one point, which is that taking up a popular drama but finishing it slowly is a bit unfair to other subbers. as far as i understand (which prob isnt very much), there's an unwritten code that once a subbing project's been undertaken, other subbing groups don't tackle the same drama. keep in mind that if another group really wanted to do CWL, it's probably bummed that it can't sub CWL even tho there haven't been releases for a while...
don't get me wrong; even tho i'm a lil frustrated w/ no new releases, i'll get over it in a few mins n continue to patiently wait. i once had to wait 4 MONTHS for the final episode of a j-drama. to be honest, i'd be perfectly ok w/ u guys withholding the subs for a bit longer (~4 months, even, tho that's my limit haha) as long as u release all of CWL at once. XP like someone already wrote (can't remember who), maybe u should jus hold the subs till all the impatient ppl finally give up n go away. (i know i contradicted myself in my recommendation of action to take, but at least i have a life outside of dramas, as much as i love them, and acknowledge that SUBlimes subbers lead lives outside of dramas, as well.)
i can almost side with what oaos said. if SOME people are giving you rude comments, it doesn't mean you get to punish them by not releasing the episodes. i mean, there are probably hundreds of other people who fully support you but you ignore them and pay attention to the negativity. i don't really mind waiting that much, but three months for a single episode is a little ridiculous [unless you guys plan to finish subbing the whole drama and then a mass release].
so my point is, that you guys are too sensitive.
yes,i completely agree with what oaos said.Hana kimi drama was already taken by a couple of other groups and it was finished wayyyyyy long time ago..like mths ago..i dont understand why u guys are wasting ur own time and releasing them..second..while i criticise ppl with negative comments,i also agree with oaos,,its simply RUDE TO PICK UP A DRAMA AND LEAVE IT HANGING THERE.it doesn't matter to me if you are slow.. but if you are going to let negative comments get to you,why bother subbing in the first place?
Granted,every sub group has negative comments all the time but to not release subs just cos a few others insulted you?
Its not like we begged u to sub them in the first place.
IT WAS YOUR DECISION TO SUB THEM,HENCE ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO COMPLETE THEM.
And on another note, I don't mean to sound ungrateful because i know to sub 1 episode takes at least 12-15 hrs.But please take responsibility for your own actions.If you do not wish to continue subbing,merely state so instead of leaving viewers hanging in thin air.

SUBlime, honestly, yake all the time u need to sub. I can't believe there are ppl complaining about how long u take. I really appreciate the time ur dedicating to sub, cuz ur doing this as a fan work, alowing everybody to enjoy. Thanks a lot!
I agree with the last few comments starting with oaos. If it really bothers you guys with all the negative comments, then stop reading them. You can chose to disable comments.. or just ignore rude ones. If you don't want to sub/release Corner With Love anymore... PLEASE DROP IT so OTHER FANSUBBERS can pick it up and do a more efficient job. And please stop picking up all the good drama series to sub. We really can't wait months for one release. Thanks.
i think you guys are being way too immature about this. it's like you offer to give something but when people ask about it, you just decide to not give at all. i admit that the comments are a bit rude, but the number of people who support can't even compare to the number of rude comments.
